I work with clients who are interested in bio somatic healing; studying the wisdom of their own innate, intelligent bodies to heal and expand. I take time as much time as we need to listen, to understand your experience, your reality, hold space for you, and to explore what may be contributing beneath the surface.

Together, we gently look at areas that are often overlooked, including emotional and subconscious patterns, linguistic programming, autonomic nervous system locks and loops, potential autoimmune culprits, nutritional deficiencies, your microbiome, and subtle, structural factors such as fascia and chronic muscle tension that don’t appear on medical imaging.

Grounded in my own lived experience with invisible chronic pain, alongside formal clinical education: including a degree in Health Science and multiple certifications in nutrition and yoga instruction, my approach also considers the impact of chronic stress and physical or emotional trauma across the lifespan.

​

This work is about more than managing symptoms. It’s about supporting regulation, rebuilding trust and the feeling of safety in your body, and creating space for healing.
